The leader of the two Israelis arrested after leading police on a high speed chase in a moving van last Saturday in rural Tennessee is the son of the spokesman for the Likud Party of Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, the MadCowMorningNews has learned.
The arrested Israeli 'mover,' Shmuel Dahan, 23, is himself a former spokesman, for the National Union of Israeli Students which represents the country's 150,000 university students. [...] The investigation was halted Wednesday, after the men were released from Unicol County Jail to the custody of federal officials from the INS, where they face only a deportation hearing.
"They’re taking it out of my jurisdiction,” stated Sheriff Kent Harris, who apprehended the men last Saturday after a high speed chase on a little-used state highway.
"We may never know what they were doing." [...] Although the two men had denied throwing a bottle of suspicious liquid from their vehicle during the chase, for example, Sheriff Harris said witnesses saw the men throw a bottle out the window during the pursuit. "I called the witnesses back in and both told me the same thing," Harris said. "The bottle was spinning in the road after the pursuit came by."
After a witness gave the bottle to authorities, Harris sent it for testing. Tests showed a chemical mix that turned out not to be explosive. "It's very dangerous to drink it, but other than that, there's nothing harmful," Harris said. [...] The same Deputy Consul General from the Israeli Consulate in Atlanta that smoothed the release of the two latest Israeli movers to run afoul of the law, Aviv Ezra, “is a lifeline” to Pollard, according to a report at www.johnathonpollard.org, visits him regularly in prison, and acts as his interlocutor with visitors from the outside.
I recently sent to the newspapers a letter, saying that I was in possession of compromising photographs relevant to the Dutroux affair. I wanted to see what would happen – it was a little test for our democracy.
I gave them notice that I would be before the Palais de Justice that Thursday, from 1 till 4 pm, to hand over these pictures to journalists.
The results of my experiment were most interesting.
Firstly, there is no freedom of expression, because I was quickly arrested by the police, before I had any chance to show anyone the photographs. I was taken away for fingerprinting and mugshots, as if I were a criminal (just as in the affair of Prince Roland, where I was held in prison for 2 days.)
Secondly, I had the chance to notice that the police had given orders, apparently very strict ones, to the press. They were to neither take, nor look at, those photographs. I must conclude that it is judicial decisions which decide what the press can do and say, and that the media does not have freedom to act independently. (Does not everyone know that democracy depends upon total liberty of the media?)
The events show that the police knew of my coming, although I had only sent two letters to the media. One can therefore pose the question, is there a link between the police and the press?
Finally, if these photos were truly compromising, they would have disappeared with no one knowing what became of them.
I therefore wish to denounce this farce [the trial of Dutroux], this B-grade movie with a big budget, and [demand] that they stop trying to deceive us.
When the federal commission investigating the events of Sept. 11, 2001 meets here next week, it will not hear the voice of rank and file emergency workers who responded that day.
The unions representing the city's firefighters and other emergency workers said they had not been invited to testify. Both Drudge and Aljazeera report that "??A body found on Monday by US military patrol along a roadside over the weekend was identified as Berg's."
Note the confused reporting in this direct quote, "on Monday", "over the weekend", by US military patrol. Was it found on Monday or over the weekend--which one? Does this make sense to anyone? Or was someone scrambling a press release (in panic) of wording that was hastily contrived, and uncertain themselves about how the facts would compare to the report. VAGUE TIMING BEGS THE QUESTION, WHEN WAS THIS BODY REALLY FOUND?...
The video was dated May 11th, typical Judeo-Masonic (CIA/MOSSAD) signature and M.O., like 9/11, and the recent 3/11 in Spain. Sorry, there is an M.O. to this "terrorism" that matches that of government psy-ops! Funny how they never mention the obvious pattern of dating isn't it? And the "terroists" signed his name to the video, though they wore hoods and masks! (Why?)
Berg's father filed law suit against the illegal detention of their son....and, bingo, he was released the next day (but not very popular we can be certain)! The Guatanamo Bay type US issue prison suit is very suspicious! Either he was handed over to the alleged "terrorists" in it--meaning US forces complicity to rid them of an American "dissident"--or the executions are Government--i.e. CIA (well-fed, lily white hands, hooded...but leaving the name of the executioner?)!
According to the video clock notations in the film, the "execution" took place between 13:46 and 13:47....apparently around 1:46 to 1:47 pm. Why is the video time not in Arabic? Do Arabs use military time?

Ron Wyden, D-Ore., and Trent Lott, R-Miss., called Wednesday on the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States, more commonly known as the “9/11 Commission,” to declassify and make public all sections of its upcoming report on the 2001 terrorist attacks on New York and the Pentagon.
3) Berg's last known whereabouts was in U.S. custody.
4) Berg shown in video wearing orange jumpsuit known to be of U.S. issue (compare with pictures at Guantanamo).
5) Berg mysteriously captured by Al-Quaeda (still wearing jumpsuit). Either he escaped from U.S. captors or U.S. let him out -- with orange suit and all -- to be immediately apprehended by Al-Quaeda (before he had a chance to change).
6) Tape obviously spliced together and heavily edited. Goes from a) Berg sitting in chair talking about family, to b) Berg sitting on floor with hooded "militants" behind, to c) blurry camera movement, to d) almost motionless Berg on floor as head cut off.
7) Audio clearly dubbed in.
8) "Arab" reader flips through pages of "statement" and keeps ending up on the same page. Perhaps doesn't even known enough Arabic to recognize what page he's on?
9) "Arabs" have lily-white hands and (other exposed) skin.
10) "Arabs" have Western-style body posture and mannerisms.
11) When Berg decapitated, there was almost no blood. If Berg were still alive at this point, with the cut starting at front of throat, blood would have been spraying everywhere. Berg's severed head, the floor, Berg's clothes, and even the hand of the "Arab" who decapitated Berg had no visible blood on it.
12) Berg's body didn't move while on the ground. Although held down, Berg would have tried to instinctively wiggle and writhe away from captor's grip.
13) Camera angle made it impossible to see if Berg's eyes were even open.
14) Alleged "scream" from Berg sounded to be that of a woman and was clearly dubbed in. [...] I believe that Berg (or this lookalike character) was first killed (perhaps by lethal injection, poisoning, etc.), then decapitated after dead (explains lack of blood spraying everywhere). Berg was killed by Al-Quaeda (known to be a CIA - Mossad joint venture). Berg video released at height of furor over U.S. torture of Iraqis and just before Bush was to decide whether to release additional torture videos. Now torture videos will be witheld from public for reasons of national security. Now "patriots" everywhere will laud the virtues of U.S. torture of "enemies". Sensitivity level of public gets heightened in terms of what's acceptable treatment of prisoners. Juxtaposed with decapitation, piling naked men into pyramid is nothing. Such treatment will be considered more and more acceptable even in domestic situations.
After the US military denied they had custody of Berg, his family prodiced emails indicating otherwise: AP May 13, 2004:
The [Berg] family showed The Associated Press an April 1 e-mail from Beth A. Payne, the U.S. consular officer in Iraq.
"I have confirmed that your son, Nick, is being detained by the U.S. military in Mosul. He is safe. He was picked up approximately one week ago. We will try to obtain additional information regarding his detention and a contact person you can communicate with directly," the e-mail said.
In another e-mail four hours later, Payne wrote "I have been able to confirm that your son is being detained by the U.S. military. I am attempting to identify a person with the U.S. military or FBI here in Iraq who you can contact directly with your questions."
In a third e-mail later that day, Payne wrote she was still trying to find a local contact for the family.
MILES O'BRIEN, CNN ANCHOR: Interesting. All right, now one final thought here. You did a very careful translation of your own, of the statement. And in it, you see no reference to al Qaeda. And yet the official U.S. government translation does. Explain how that happened.
OCTAVIA NASR, CNN SR. EDITOR FOR ARAB AFFAIRS: Oh, I find it very interesting, because out of the blue, there is a mention of al Qaeda on the U.S. government translation. It says: "Does al Qaeda need any further excuses?" Any speaker of the Arabic language is going to notice a difference between the word al Qaeda, which means "the base," and al qaed, which means "the one sitting, doing nothing."
My translation says: "Is there any excuse for the one who sits down and does nothing?" Basically they're telling people, you have no excuse for not doing anything, for not acting and defending Islam and so forth. Whereas the U.S. government translation has this factual error... but basically it sort of adds al Qaeda to the statement, which is not on the statement.
Early reports, after Berg's disappearance---reports that themselves disappeared---contended that in Iraq , FBI Counter-Intelligence had him at one time either in custody or under arrest. Hey, did anyone ask WHAT is FBI Counter-Intelligence doing in Iraq? With what, if anything, was Berg charged? Not divulged. He thereafter reportedly was turned over to Iraq police---were these FOR or AGAINST the U.S. Military occupiers of Iraq? Not divulged. THEY, in turn, reportedly put Berg on the street where he supposedly was snatched by unidentified persons.
Like in the Danny Pearl matter, some contended that Berg was an informant if not actual operative of Israeli intelligence, apparently seeking to uncover data useful to The Mossad for blackmailing military support money out of the crime-riddled, treasonous Bush White House.

Initially, I thought I was the only one who noticed it, but other Russian speakers confirmed it as well independently from me. So, who actually killed Berg ? BTW, "Allah o Akbar" they pronounce not with Arabic, but with a Russian-like accent. Also, their demeanor was not Arabic at all, but resembles that of people from the North Caucasus. Army Pfc. Lynndie England, seen worldwide in photographs that show her smiling and pointing at naked Iraqi prisoners, said she was ordered to pose for the photos...
England also confirmed that abuses worse than those depicted in the photos were carried out at the U.S.-run Abu Ghraib prison near Baghdad...
England, 21, repeatedly insisted that her actions were dictated by "persons in my higher chain of command." [...] England said the actions depicted in the photos were intended to put psychological pressure on the Iraqi prisoners.
"Well, I mean, they [the photos] were for psy-op reasons," she said "And the reasons worked. I mean, so to us, we were doing our job, which meant we were doing what we were told, and the outcome was what they wanted. They'd come back and they'd look at the pictures, and they'd state, 'Oh, that's a good tactic, keep it up. That's working. This is working. Keep doing it. It's getting what we need.'"

PHIL SPECTOR has accused police of aggressive behaviour during his arrest at his home in February 2003 at a hearing on Friday (May 7).. . .

Abramson held a press conference in the hall, with Spector interrupting many of her claims.
Speaking of his arrest, Spector interjected her speech, commenting: "Broken nose, two black eyes and 50,000 volts shot through me (Taser gun) after I invited the police into my home."
He also spoke about the defence's key witness, Spector’s driver, who claims Spector said "I think I shot someone," as he left his LA home on the night of Clarkson’s death.
"He is illegal," Spector said. "He is an illegal alien threatened with deportation."
Abramson said that the driver has a poor grasp of English, and that she believes he has been given immunity from deportation through his co-operation . . .
A coroner's report - a forensic analysis prepared four days after the February 3, 2003 death of Lana Clarkson at Spector's Los Angeles home - found she was shot through the mouth with a .38-calibre Colt revolver, and had gunshot residue on both hands. . . .
The gun had one spent round and five live rounds in the cylinder, it said.
DNA analysis of blood found on the gun's exterior and inside the barrel was also found to match Clarkson's DNA.
Autopsy drawings show that Clarkson had a broken acrylic fingernail on her right thumb, which defence lawyers are expected to argue came from firing the gun.
Other reports in the coroner's file showed Clarkson had alcohol and the prescription painkiller Vicodin in her system when she died.
Her purse, which still hung from her shoulder when police found her slumped in a chair in the foyer of Spector's mansion, contained over-the-counter cold and pain medications such as Tylenol . . .
The dead girl showed up in Spector's pool right before Faul released his own new cut of Beatles album "Let It Be," excising not only Spector's strings but also Lennon's list of replaced celebrities in "Dig It," and snarky dialog line about Faul's "audition."
